RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Novatrade Solutions, while “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to our valued buyers. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the procedures outlined in this Returns & Refunds Policy. If you ever need to return an item, the following conditions and steps will guide you through the process. 

Eligibility for Returns 

  • Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with packaging, labels, and tags intact. 
     
  • Any supplementary accessories such as branded boxes, dust covers, or labels must be included with the return. 
     
  • Items showing signs of wear, alterations, or cleaning will not qualify for return. 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting our support team. 
     
  • Returns that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted. 

How to Start a Return 

Step 1: Submit Your Request 

Send an email to novatradesolution2@gmail.com including your Order ID along with the reason for returning the item. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence 

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photographs to help us verify the issue quickly. 

Step 3: Follow Our Instructions 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share detailed return guidelines with you. 

Note: Requests that do not comply with the stated criteria may be declined. 

Refund Procedure and Timelines 

After your returned product reaches us, it will undergo a detailed inspection to confirm it meets the eligibility requirements. You will then be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected. For approved cases, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and you will also receive an email confirmation. 

Partial Refunds 

In some circumstances, if the returned item does not fully meet return standards (such as missing packaging, incomplete accessories, or minor wear), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. 

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items 

If you receive an item that is incorrect, broken, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the matter efficiently, kindly provide clear images or videos when submitting your request.
