Service Availability
Currently, we deliver only within India. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not be processed.
Order Handling Time
Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins preparing it within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, an email confirmation is sent containing full details about your order and its shipment.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 3–8 working days, depending on the delivery location. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
When Delivery Cannot Be Completed
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to our facility. Customers may then request a re-dispatch of the same order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. In some cases, you may be asked to share photos of the damaged product to help us resolve the issue effectively. For lost or missing parcels, we will investigate the matter with our delivery partner. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, you will be provided with either a replacement or a full refund.
