CANCELLATION POLICY

Throughout this policy, the words “we,” “our,” and “us” represent Novatrade Solutions, while “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to individuals purchasing through our platform. We understand that situations can change and you may need to cancel an order. Below, we have explained how our cancellation process works.
Cancelling Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes earlier. To request a cancellation, kindly contact our customer service team through email. If the request is eligible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. However, you will still have the option to return the product after receiving it, by following our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Orders
At this time, we are unable to modify items or shipping details once an order has been placed. If you need changes, the current order will need to be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order can be placed.
